Please take the time to read them carefully before making any reservation, as they represent a binding contract between Morocco Circuits and its clients.
1. Booking & Payment
When you confirm a booking with Morocco Circuits, our team immediately begins organizing your trip. To secure your reservation, we require a deposit of 20% to 40% of the total tour price. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival (Dirhams, Euros, USD, or any convertible currency). Payments by credit card are accepted with an additional 3% to 5% bank fee, payable by the client. All bookings are fully confirmed once we receive proof of the deposit.
2. Changes to Your Booking
At Morocco Circuits, we strive to ensure our clients’ satisfaction and remain as flexible as possible. We do our best to accommodate any booking changes at no extra cost whenever possible. However, due to hotel or transportation arrangements, changes may not always be feasible.
If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible and confirm your request in writing. We will do our utmost to assist you, but if modifications cannot be made, you may choose to continue with your original booking or cancel according to our cancellation policy below.
